Terms of Service

These terms cover the apps, websites and services offered by Summers Labs, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Summers Labs," "we," "us"), including TrimTakeoff, CabinetAR, WallMap and Buzzwell, our social media posting app (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use them for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
1. Using the Services
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Use the Services only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, Pages and content you are authorized to manage. Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the Services.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, text, measurements and other content you put into the Services. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the Services for you, including publishing posts you approve. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
3. Facebook and other connected accounts
Some Services connect to third-party platforms such as Facebook. When you connect a Facebook Page, you authorize us to act on that Page within the permissions you grant, such as publishing posts you have approved. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, including Meta's Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time from your Facebook settings or by contacting us. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.
4. Estimates and measurements
Our apps help you measure and estimate, but they are tools, not guarantees. Always verify measurements, quantities and prices before ordering materials, cutting, bidding or building. You are responsible for your bids, your work and your agreements with your customers.
5. Paid plans
If you buy a paid plan, the price and billing terms will be shown before you pay. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.
6. Changes and ending service
We may update the Services or these terms as the products grow. If we make a material change we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, let you know. You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Summers Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
