Data deletion

You can ask Summers Labs, LLC to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, including for people who connected a Facebook Page to Buzzwell, our posting app.

If you connected Facebook

To stop our app from accessing your Facebook account or Page:

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  3. Find Summers Labs and click Remove.

Removing the app stops all access right away. To also delete the data we already stored, such as your Page name and ID, access tokens, uploaded photos and post drafts, send us a request as described below.

Request deletion

Email support@summerslabs.app with the subject "Delete my data". Include the name of the Facebook Page or the app you used so we can find your records.

We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record that the request was completed, or information we are required to keep by law.

App users (TrimTakeoff and others)

Data stored only on your device is deleted when you delete the app. For job figures sent to our servers, email support@summerslabs.app from the address you used, or include your device identifier from the app's settings, and we will remove them within 30 days.
